I visited the http://media4islam.wordpress.com/, the blog of Ana Sabanci which I really like because it shows and criticises how people perceive arabs and especially women and gives the wrong impression about these countries and how they behave towards each other. I recommend visiting her blog because it has really good pics and videos and really interesting material to read, from which we can all learn a lot.

http://hana08.livejournal.com/ is the blog of Hana Ngo which I also found very interesting because it shows how women are portrayed in the media and how in that way it affects the perception of women in general. I like it because there are interesting articles and facts, which prove that women are presented in a wrong way and that should change.

http://biancaaneska.blogspot.com/ is the blog of Bianca Pleticha which describes how media manipulates people of how they should look like and what ideals they should have when we are talking about perfection. It turns out that it is all fake and photoshopped. I like the blog because there are videos and pictures which show the difference of how people really look like and their appearance after being “photoshopped”

http://zhazira.wordpress.com/ is Zhazira Alikhanova ‘s blog and is one of the blogs which I found the most interesting because of the topic which is a controversial issue when we talk about media images. I like how she describes the problems and how she shows that eating disorders are a really big problem of our society nowadays. I recommend visiting that blog because it contains useful information on the subject.

http://ravoska.wordpress.com/ is Eva Ravingerova ‘s blog and I recommend visiting it because it touches a really sensitive issue and it is about how advertising and media in general affect children in mainly negative ways. I found it interesting because there are videos and pictures and stories which are shocking and provide information, which proves that children’s exposure to media and its violent programs should be reduced seriously.
